The actual legal entity operating the Vault, its verified privacy contact, the approved lawful bases, provider transfer details and the final retention schedule have not yet been confirmed. Please do not treat this page as evidence of full legal compliance.
Equestrian Vault is a UK-focused pre-loved equestrian fashion marketplace in development. Wix hosts the website's member sign-in and private data collections. Even though buying, seller approval and marketing invitations are not active, a person who signs in or prepares a wardrobe can already provide personal information to Wix and the Vault's private administrative records.
Please do not put identification documents, National Insurance numbers, banking information, full residential addresses, payment-card details or other sensitive records into a wardrobe, a garment draft or an enquiry message.
When you use Wix-hosted sign-in, Wix may process your account email, Wix member ID, profile details, authentication tokens, device/session data and necessary sign-in cookies. The site's member refresh token is now kept in tab-scoped browser storage; other Wix session cookies are not yet fully audited.
Currently available in betaSigned-in members can prepare a wardrobe name, general location, seller declaration, garment descriptions, prices and images. Those drafts, delivery declarations and editorial records use restricted Wix member-owned collections, subject to remaining real two-member access testing.
Private preparation onlySigned-in members can write non-urgent messages about membership or garments. Wix records the message and member reference in a restricted collection for later staff review. Automated delivery and a staffed response guarantee are not currently operational.
No live customer-service SLAA saved-piece preference may place a list of garment IDs in your browser's local storage. This is a local preference, not a shared public profile. You can clear saved pieces using My Data & Privacy.
Local browser preferenceNo marketplace payment provider has been contracted or connected. Do not provide identity scans, bank data, tax reference numbers or private delivery addresses in the existing beta forms. These would need secure, approved processing and a final legal notice before launch.
There is no active marketing subscription or founding-seller invitation consent form. Joining Wix or viewing this page does not opt you into marketing. Any future promotional contact will need a legally supported, separate choice and working withdrawal arrangements.
Actual data controller: The legal person or registered company operating Equestrian Vault has not yet been verified for publication. The brand name is not a substitute for a legal controller.
Contact and complaint route: A verified, staffed privacy contact and an operational personal-data complaints process must be established. Existing beta enquiries are not an assured secure statutory complaints channel.
Lawful processing and retention: Purpose-specific UK GDPR lawful bases, records retention/deletion criteria, other rights and any cross-border transfers must be reviewed and published.
Third parties: Actual Wix service and subprocessor arrangements, cookies and any future payment, courier or messaging provider must be assessed.
The ICO requires organisations to provide information about their identity, processing purposes, lawful bases, retention, rights and sharing when collecting personal data. These provisional disclosures explain the beta, but they cannot be relied upon as an approved complete privacy notice. External enrolment and marketing should remain paused until the owner supplies the legal controller and tested contact details, a qualified adviser approves the final policy, and member security and browser privacy controls have been tested.
