Can I buy clothing today?
Not yet. The site is a development preview. Purchases will be enabled after the full multi-seller checkout, delivery and returns arrangements have been tested.
Can I register as a seller?
Members can prepare private wardrobe and delivery declarations. These are not verified seller applications, and no seller is approved for trading yet. Identity checks and connected payout onboarding will open later.
What clothing will be permitted?
Riding and country fashion, suitable footwear and specified accessories. Used helmets, body protectors, counterfeit goods and prohibited items will not be accepted.
What will it cost to sell?
Our agreed proposed standard listing is free, with 0% seller commission. Optional featured placement will be £3.99 for 7 days, or premium placement £9.99 for 30 days. An optional Designer Vault editorial listing will cost £19.99. For ordinary marketplace transactions, a proposed buyer service fee of 4% + 49p, capped at £12, would be shown before payment. The Private Vault Society has separate annual membership and consignment commission terms. There is no minimum resale price for ordinary marketplace listings. These services and fees are not yet live; final terms, VAT and payments must be confirmed before launch.
How will delivery, returns and buyer protection work?
We are preparing tracked dispatch, seller verification, incident reporting, and return and refund procedures. The exact options and statutory rights will depend on the seller type and published terms. No buyer-protection programme or payments are active today. See our buyer guidance.
Will Equestrian Vault be part of HorseLinx?
Equestrian Vault is its own brand, with a planned commercial and listing integration with HorseLinx.
