Equestrian Vault is preparing a UK marketplace for pre-loved equestrian clothing. Basic Wix-hosted member sign-in and private preparation records are already part of the development beta. Our complete UK privacy notice, cookie choices, seller terms, secure request channel and merchant/payment-provider arrangements are not yet finalised. The interim beta processing information explains what the site currently records and what still needs to be verified; it is not an approved final legal notice.
Please avoid adding passports, identification documents, National Insurance numbers, bank details, residential addresses or card information to wardrobe descriptions, garment drafts, enquiry messages or other general forms. Seller identity and financial information must eventually be gathered through reviewed, secure systems, not general public-site fields.
Your preparation stays private.
Wardrobe profiles, garment drafts, delivery preferences and unpublished evidence are intended to stay member-private until an independent editorial release. Access controls need real two-member security testing before wider onboarding.
No self-approved identity.
Seller trading classification, legal eligibility and future payouts will need additional staff and appropriate payment-provider checks. Private ID or payment records must not appear in public wardrobe pages.

Privacy rules do not mean everything should be hidden behind a single compulsory tick box. The basis for using each category of personal information must be decided and explained.

Seller agreement.
A legally reviewed contract will explain seller responsibilities, private and business seller differences, fees, delivery and returns. When approved, the actual agreement version and affirmative acceptance must be verified and securely recorded.

Data privacy information.
A complete notice must identify the real data controller, why information is needed, lawful bases, who receives it, how long it is kept and how people exercise their rights. Reading this notice is not automatically consenting to every use.

Marketing and founding-seller updates need their own suitable permission or other legally valid basis and a functioning withdrawal method. Signing into Wix or drafting a garment does not opt someone into promotional mail.

People may have rights concerning their personal information, including to seek access, correction, deletion, restriction or to object to certain uses, depending on the applicable rules. Privacy complaints must also have an accessible route.
We are preparing a restricted staff process for requests, deadlines, identity checks, vendor deletions and lawful retention exceptions. This process is not staffed or operational yet. The current Editorial Desk is a development-stage member enquiry record, not a secure ID-document upload or an assured privacy response service.

The final terms, privacy and cookie notices, seller acceptance mechanism, operating contacts and secure payment systems require independent review and testing.
