EQUESTRIAN VAULTEXCEPTIONAL PIECES. ANOTHER CHAPTER.
EQUESTRIAN VAULT · THE FOUNDING WARDROBES

The beginning of
another chapter.

An invitation to a more considered way of sharing exceptional equestrian fashion, from a beloved country jacket to beautifully made riding pieces ready for their next owner.

FOUNDING SELLER PILOT IN PREPARATION · NOT ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS
A THOUGHTFUL BEGINNING

Distinctive wardrobes.
Shared standards.

We're preparing a small, carefully supervised pilot with both individual wardrobes and professional equestrian fashion sellers across the UK. The first programme is intended to help us test the seller experience and editorial standards before opening the marketplace to customers.

Our initial internal targets are provisional. There are no confirmed founding sellers, live product listings or active purchases yet.

YOUR SELLING JOURNEY

From wardrobe to the Vault.

Each stage will have its own standards, evidence and approval. A seller profile or garment submission never gives permission to trade.

01

Become a member.

Use Wix-hosted sign-in to access the private seller workspace. Member access itself does not confirm your identity or grant seller approval.

02

Tell your wardrobe's story.

Prepare your private or business wardrobe details, with a considered introduction to the pieces you hope to offer.

03

Prepare your pieces.

Save drafts, add genuine garment photographs, describe the fit and fabric, and disclose marks, repairs and the condition of labels.

04

Editorial consideration.

Submit evidence for a separate staff review. We may ask for details or decline a piece that does not meet the Vault's standards.

05

Seller & delivery checks.

Declare how you intend to dispatch garments. Actual eligibility and any future payout checks will be verified independently.

06

A carefully controlled launch.

Only after payment, stock, buyer rights and service procedures pass testing could approved garments become available to purchase.

THINGS WORTH KEEPING

Beautifully made.
Beautifully considered.

Equestrian Vault welcomes men's and women's riding and country fashion across a range of prices. We look for craftsmanship, accurate presentation and honest garment history, rather than an arbitrary minimum resale value.

Used riding helmets, body protectors, counterfeit items and other prohibited goods are excluded. Approval is an editorial decision, not a guarantee of product authenticity.

WORKING SELLER TERMS

Exceptional pieces. Fairer selling.

A PRIVATE PREPARATION SPACE

Your next chapter can begin quietly.

The seller workspace is available as a development beta for private garment preparation. It does not enrol you in a founding-seller pilot, verify your identity, submit a formal application or promise a place in the first collection.
