How verification will work.
When seller enrolment opens, we will confirm your private or business trading status, verify you through a suitable payment provider and review the relevant terms. There is no passport, bank-detail or identity-document upload on this page.

What happens after a future purchase?
Payment confirmation, seller eligibility, tracked dispatch, buyer receipt, any claim and the eventual seller settlement will be handled as distinct steps. The delivery process is not live, and no orders or transfers can be made from this screen.
For your privacy, never add your exact address, bank details or identity documents here. Collection arrangements will only be exchanged after a secure order and the appropriate checks.
Enquiries & assistance.
The Editorial Desk can accept private questions from signed-in members. Enquiries about individual garments enter a staff-only review queue before any seller is contacted. There is no direct messaging or automatic seller notification yet.
Staff-moderated contact.
Future buyer questions will be matched against approved live garments and their verified sellers. Our team will review enquiries before forwarding any relevant, non-sensitive information. No buyer or seller contact details are shared publicly.

Need help preparing your garments, using your member account or understanding our planned policies? You can record a private request through the Editorial Desk. Staff response times and notifications are not operational during this development stage.

There are no paid orders or live order messages. Shipment updates, claims and seller-payout communications require the future verified order and payment integrations.
Sales & Settlements.
When the Vault opens, your completed orders, dispatch updates, return cases and verified provider payouts will have a place here. This area does not currently receive or release money.
Payment and stock must be confirmed by the provider.

Resolve holds and payment disputes before release.
Record the actual transfer only after provider confirmation.
Your payment security.
Seller identity and payout setup will take place through an approved payment provider when the programme is ready. Do not enter bank details, card numbers or identity-document images into your wardrobe description or garment drafts. No payout date has been promised.
Our proposed selling model
Standard listings: free and 0% seller commission. Optional Featured: £3.99 / 7 days; Premium: £9.99 / 30 days; Designer editorial listing: £19.99. Separate Private Vault Society terms apply. No services are being charged in this workspace.
Any mandatory buyer fee, VAT treatment and delivery costs must be finalised and shown in advertised prices before customers can pay. The current buyer service-fee proposal is not active.
Account information.
Your Wix member identity is used to secure your private wardrobe and unpublished garment records. We do not collect or store account passwords here.
